Medical Questions

If you have a medical emergency you should dial 911 for help. If you have a question related to your medical problem or medication therapy, you may contact our office during regular office hours. Calls are usually returned at the end of the business day either by your Doctor or by someone on our medical staff.

Billing Questions

If you have a question regarding your bill or insurance, you can contact our office during regular office hours. Calls are usually returned within 3-5 days.

Insurance

At South Palm Orthopedics, we accept Medicare, most supplemental insurance plans to Medicare, several PPO insurance plans, motor vehicle insurance and workers’ compensation insurance. You may contact our office by calling (561) 496 – 6622 to find out if we accept your insurance plan. South Palm Orthopedics proudly serves Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton and surrounding areas in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Medical Records

To obtain copies of your medical record, please submit your request in writing. You can fax your request to (561) 496 – 6577 during regular business hours. Please allow 7 business days to process your request.

Emergency Care

If you have a true emergency, you should call 911 for help. However, if needed our doctors can be reached after hours and on weekends by calling (561) 496 – 6622. If you need the doctor on call, contact the office and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
